Orders and Shippings
To place an order, simply go to “Shop”, choose any product, add to cart, then checkout once you’ve finalized your order(s). Upon checkout, you will have the option to proceed as a guest or you could also create an account. After which, you can now finalize placing your order.
Yes, we are accepting group orders. Please email us for the details and our staff will be happy to explain the requirements with you.
Shipping Fee costs $9.50 per item.
Depending on where you’re sending from and where you’re sending to in the US, standard shipping can take anywhere from 3 to 7 business days. When you send a package to a remote location, it may take a little longer for your item to arrive.

For orders outside of the US, standard shipping typically arrives in about 1 to 3 weeks. However, delays may occur in transit or from holds at the local customs office which may possibly take up to 5 weeks for an international shipment to be delivered.

Yes. Just go to your account and you will see all of your current and previous orders made under the “Orders” tab.
cancellations, exchanges, and returns
You can request for cancellation of your ordered items within 24 hours after purchase but subject to approval by the seller.
Return of delivered items is subject to Hibla Limited’s Return/Refund Policy. Items within the US can be returned only within 3 days from the day of receipt. Shipping charges and other costs must be paid for by the buyer.

If in case the order placed could not be fulfilled by Hibla Limited. it will automatically be canceled and your payment refunded. Refunds will be issued in the same method as the original payment such as cash refund, reversal of credit card charges, etc.
The monetary value of the voucher must be used within a year and these credit vouchers are redeemable on a single purchase only.
