Refund & Return Policy

We offer the option to return any ready-made items with justifiable cause. Please notify us within 2 days of receiving your order if you intend to return an item. Items must be returned in their original condition, tags, and packed with the original receipt/invoice.

Refunds 

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to advise you that we have received your returned item. Within a specified number of days, your refund will be processed and a credit voucher will be sent or a refund will be credited to your credit card. 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, you should double-check your bank account. Contact your credit card company as it could take several business days for your refund to be posted. There must be sufficient time for processing before a refund may be posted.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange a ready-made item for another item, please return it to us within 24 hours of receiving it, and we will send you a replacement. Shipping expenses will be charged if applicable.

Shipping

You are responsible for paying the shipping fees associated with returning your item. Depending on the state in which you reside, the time it may take for you to receive your exchanged merchandise may vary. Please consider utilizing a trackable delivery service or purchasing shipment insurance. We cannot guarantee that your returned item will be received.
