We reserve the right, at any time and for any cause, to make changes or revisions to these Terms of Service at our sole discretion.  If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using this site.   

Access to and use of this website are governed by all relevant international, federal, state, and local laws and regulations. This information is not intended for distribution to or use by any individual or organization in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation.

We have the right to deny service to anybody at any time for any reason.

You acknowledge that your content except for your credit card information may be transported unencrypted and entail (a) transmissions over multiple networks and (b) conforming and adapting to the technical constraints of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is constantly transmitted over networks using encryption.

Reproduction, sale, publication, distribution, modification, display, or reposting of any portion of the site’s content for any other purpose is prohibited. 

USER REPRESENTATIONS

When you use the Site, you represent and warrant that: (1) all information you submit will be true, accurate, recent, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information information as necessary; (3) you agree to comply with these Terms of Use; (4) you are not a minor.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Site if you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete (or any portion thereof).

USER REGISTRATION

You may be needed to create an account on the site. You agree to keep your password secure and are responsible for any activities that occur under your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or alter a username you choose if t is inappropriate, offensive, or objectionable.

PRODUCTS 

We can not guarantee that the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Your electronic display may not reflect the actual colors and details of the products. We have the right to discontinue any product, for every reason, at any time. All product prices are subject to change.

Section 3 – ORDER TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and grant us permission to allow any of your dependent minor children to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any local laws while using the Service (including but not limited to copyright laws).

3.1 VALIDITY OF AGREEMENT

By making a purchase from us, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old, possess legal ability, or, in the absence of such, have parental consent to engage into the contract. If not, we reserve the right, in order to address a potential dispute, to contact the person(s) caring for the parent or your representative directly. Therefore, we will be permitted, but not limited to, requiring that the person(s) caring for the parent or your representative settles all orders placed by you.

We will send a confirmation email to your specified email address as soon as your order has been placed. You are responsible for providing a valid address and properly reviewing the order confirmation for any potential inaccuracies. It is imperative that you contact us promptly if you need to update or correct any order details. Once manufacture of a custom-tailored or custom-made barong has begun, no additional alterations can be done. Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation. When the consumer receives the products, the contract is said to be complete.

3.2 ORDER AND PAYMENT

You can order from our online store by selecting the product, adding it to your shopping cart, and completing the checkout process. Please note that the product images displayed are merely for illustrative reasons. The items are manufactured from fabrics with variable degrees of translucency, thus critical details like color and texture may be changed by lighting, the imaging device, and post-production. The real product’s construction, texture, and color may vary slightly according to the fabric, kind of thread, type of thread work, and applied techniques.

For any transactions made over the Site, you undertake to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You also agree to immediately update your account and payment details, including your email address, payment method, and credit card’s expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and notify you as needed. Prices are subject to change at any time. Payments must be made exclusively in U.S. dollars.

You agree to pay all charges at the then-current rates for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you allow us to charge your payment method for these amounts at the time you place your order. We have the right to correct any pricing errors even if payment has already been requested or accepted.

We have the right to reject any online order. We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order, at our sole discretion. 

All data are expressed in the domestic currency, the U.S. dollar ($). The actual amount of a payment made from a non-USD account relies on the payment gateway’s exchange rate at the time the payment is processed.

For bulk orders, you can email our support to ask for a discount. For this you will receive an invoice with a link to the checkout page, where you may confirm your order and pay using PayPal, a debit or credit card, or Google Pay.

An order that is already in production cannot be modified after placing your order/s. We reserve the right to correct any pricing, typographical, or other errors, and to cancel or refuse to accept any order based on an erroneous price or description, despite our efforts to maintain the accuracy of our website. Such modifications or cancellations are permissible even after a purchase has been accepted.

3.3 SHIPPING

Due to the unique properties of our products and the length of time required to manufacture them, we only ship via a trackable delivery through USPS (US Postal services) to ensure speedier and more secure delivery. This strategy allows us to deliver things to their destinations within 5 to 7 days.

Depending on the number, pouch or box size, weight, claimed value, and destination, shipping expenses range from $10 to $22. You will be informed when your order is being prepared for dispatch.
